Ingredienti per
1 l di passata di pomodoro
500 gr di tritato misto
150 gr di verdure tritate miste tra carote, cipolla e sedano
1 bicchiere di vino bianco
100 ml di olio (anche meno se la si desidera più magra!)
sale q.b.
procedimento
facciamo rosolare le verdure nell’olio, poi ci aggiungiamo la carne trita, facciamo rosolare anch’essa, poi la sfumiamo col vino bianco e lo lasciamo evaporare. quando sarà evaporato aggiungiamo la passata,magari aggiungiamo mezzo bicchiere d’acqua, saliamo q. b. e lasciamo andare la cottura a fiamma bassa per almeno un’ora.
quando la salsa avrà raggiunto un abella corposità, sarà pronta per essere usata direttamente sulla pasta o come condimento per paste e/o timballi al forno .
