500 gr di pasta
500 gr di funghi
2 spicchi d’aglio
olio
sale e pepe
mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco
1 scatola di pomodorini ciliegina
procedimento
in un tegame rosoliamo l’aglio nell’olio, poi ci aggiungiamo i funghi tagliati a pezzi e facciamo insaporire, sfumiamo col vino e poi aggiungiamo i pomodorini. saliamo, pepiamo e cuociamo per 20 minuti.
cuociamo la pasta, la scoliamo e la saltiamo per un minuto col condimento.
