Ingredienti per
500 gr di farina
2 patate lessate e passate
mezzo cubetto di lievito di birra
1 cucchiaino si sale
mezzo cucchiaino di zucchero
200 ml di acqua tiepida
procedimento
formare una fontana con la farina, metterci al centro le patate e tutti gli altri ingredienti, compreso il lievito fatto sciogliere in una tazza col mezzo cucchiaino di zucchero.
impastare bene e lasciar lievitare per mezz’ora circa in una ciotola unta d’olio.
riprendere l’impasto, stenderlo col mattarello in una sfoglia di circa mezzo cm e ritagliare gli sgonfiotti o meglio i coccolicchi
lasciare per altri 20 minuti a lievitare e poi friggerli in olio bollente.
n.b. vanno bene sia salati (magari servendoli con affettati e formaggio, che dolci passati nello zucchero semolato).
in entrambi i casi vi adoreranno!
